For Basic Technician Certificate in Psychology and Counseling, and Basic Technician Certificate in Community Development:

Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) (form four) with four passes in Non-religious subjects.

2. For Basic Technician Certificate in Law (NTA Level 4):

Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) (form four) with four passes including a pass in English Language except Religious subjects.

Fees for all Certificate Programs is Tsh 955,000.
