For Technician Certificate in Law, Technician Certificate in Psychology and Counseling and Technician Certificate in Community Development:

Holders of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) (form six) with at least one “D” pass and at least one “S” in Non-religious subjects

Holders of Basic Technician Certificate in relevant discipline (NTA level 4).

Fees for all Diploma programs is Tsh 955,000.
